Jean-Marc brings over 20 years of cross-continental leadership in games, spanning Ubisoft, EA, Warner Bros., Amazon, EQT, Tencent, and independent studios.

Jean-Marc Broyer is a games industry veteran with decades of leadership across development, publishing, and investment. Born in France, he began his career at Ubisoft in the 1990s before moving to North America, where he shipped and scaled titles of all sizes at EA, Warner Bros., and Amazon Games. Returning to Europe, he held studio leadership roles in Sweden and Denmark, driving turnarounds, acquisitions, exits, and live service operations on PC. He later advised EQT, Nordisk, and contributed to the development of Tencent’s Venture Lab, evaluating investment opportunities and supporting over 40 portfolio studios through creative and operational challenges. Today, through Breeyo, Jean-Marc partners with investors and publishers to sharpen strategies and build lasting value in studios and IPs.
